Pure Essence Labs Energy Plus
Provides REAL Energy -- No Stimulants
Each day, millions of Americans turn to stimulants — ma huang (Ephedra), guarana, yohimbe,
caffeine, etc. — to help them get through the day. But, instead of generating energy,
stimulants drain it, leaving us weaker than ever. With this in mind, Pure Essence Labs
created Energy Plus.

25 Uses for Essential Oils
25 ways to enhance your daily life with essential oils.
Alfalfa
sprouts are easy to grow and are highly nutritious. They are great on salads and sandwiches. You can buy sprouts from many grocery stores, but just for fun, you should grow them for yourself at least once.
Aloe vera
gel has been used topically for thousands of years throughout the world to treat wounds,
skin infections, burns, and numerous other dermatologic conditions. There are very few places
where it has not been used.
Amalaki
is one of the strongest rejuvenatives in Ayurvedic medicine. It rebuilds and maintains new
tissues and increases red blood cell count. Amalaki cleanses the mouth, strengthens the teeth,
nourishes the bones, and causes hair and nails to grow. It improves the eyesight, stops
bleeding of gums, and relieves inflammation of the stomach and colon.
Ashwagandha
holds a place in the Ayurvedic pharmacology similar to ginseng in Chinese medicine, yet it is
far less expensive. It is used in all conditions of weakness and tissue
deficiency in children, the elderly, those debilitated by chronic diseases, those suffering
from overwork, lack of sleep or nervous exhaustion.

Basil Essential Oil is a wonderful essential oil to have in your natural
healing medicine cabinet. It is invigorating to body and spirit and can ease fatigue
and encourage alertness.
Burdock
is a valuable remedy for skin conditions that cause dryness and scaling. It may be effective
for psoriasis when used for a long time. As part of a broader treatment plan, it can be used
for rheumatic symptoms, especially those associated with psoriasis.
Cayenne
has an outstanding personality trait of being
quite efficient as a "carrier herb." Cayenne is often mixed, 1/8 part or more, into herbal
formula, with single herbs. The Cayenne will help hasten that formula or those herbs being
picked up by the blood and dispersed within the tissues, and organs where they are needed,
while greatly encouraging the body and the herbs to work potently together.
Comfrey
A decoction of the rootstock makes a good gargle and mouthwash for throat inflammations,
hoarseness, and bleeding gums. Drink it to take care of most digestive and stomach problems,
for intestinal difficulties, for excessive menstrual flow, and to stop spitting blood.
Dandelion
leaves are a powerful diuretic. The roots act as a blood purifier that helps both the
kidneys and the liver to remove toxins and poisons from the blood. The roots have been used
for centuries to treat jaundice. Dandelion also acts as a mild laxative and improves appetite
and digestion.
Dong Quai
is also known as dang-gui and sometimes called the female ginseng. Herbalists in
China have used this herb for generations for almost every gynecological complaint: everything
from regulating the menstrual cycle; easing menstrual pain and cramping; absence of menstruation;
PMS; weakness during menstrual period; relieving hot flashes during menopause and headaches
associated with menstrual disorders.
Echinacea
is a popular American wildflower and garden plant native to central United States.
Native Americans used it for its immune enhancing ability for generations. It is one of the
most researched, immune enhancing herbs and is among America's best-selling herb extracts.
Ginkgo Biloba
is the world's oldest living tree species. The trees today are unchanged since the time
of the dinosaurs. Charles Darwin called it a living fossil. Before the last ice age Ginkgo
Biloba was common in Asia, Europe and America. By the time of the last ice age the only
surviving trees were in south-east China. Now they can be found all over the world and
in just about every city in the United States.
Panax Ginseng
has been found to enhance antibody response, natural killer cell action, interferon production, and overall power and strength of the immune system.
More than 500 published scientific papers have addressed the actions of ginseng. Some of the
most noted areas of activity concern the herb's immune-enhancing, radioprotective, and antitumor
properties.

Siberian Ginseng
is indigenous to northeast Asia but is now being grown commercially in a few places in the United
States. It is usually purchased commercially, with the root already cut and sifted to industry
standards.
Although used in China for several thousand years, this herb was brought to prominence by
intensive Russian research in the latter half of the 20th century. Many clinical trials
have shown significant immuneenhancing activity. This includes significant increase in
immunocompetent cells, specifically T lymphocytes.
Tienchi Ginseng
is considered specific for the liver and stomach in Chinese medicine. Extensive
research has been conducted on tienchi, and some strong responses have been reported in the
treatment of hepatitis and immune functioning.
Gotu kola
has been used in India and the islands of the Indian Ocean for centuries as a tonic and medicinal
remedy. It was believed to increase longevity and improve energy. Anciently, it was used to
treat leprosy, calm the nerves, increase mental and physical power, to stimulate and rejuvenate
the brain, to prevent nervous disorders, mental fatigue and senility.

throat infections, mucous congestion in the intestines, flatulence, scrofula, dropsy, and jaundice.

almost everywhere. It is a square-stemmed annual that yields the popular flavoring agent.
Peppermint teas are used around the world to calm queasy stomachs and to quell indigestion.
Yarrow
is often put in the category of "bitter herbs" because of the powerful, volatile oil it contains.
This oil, called Achillein, together with tannin (tannic acid), gives a stimulating, astringent,
